Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Manfredo Queiroz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Albertinho Azevedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ediberto de Castro tried in the game's 13th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Elder Gonçalves. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. Rafinha Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Elder Gonçalves came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by fuziu's Geraldo Sergipano. But to his dismay, Geraldo Sergipano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Geraldo Sergipano could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Elder Gonçalves however easily saved by the left post. With his leg Elder Gonçalves managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when fuziu's Geraldo Sergipano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Nando Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to fuziu getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Albertinho Azevedo hit a great ball. Nando Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Queiroz in the 40th minute of play. After having played for 41 minutes, Edvaldo Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sparta Rotterdam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edvaldo Romero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nando Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Queiroz in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind fuziu's goalkeeper Nando Tepedino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geraldo Sergipano to make the kick off. In the 56th match minute, fuziu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Simões to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to fuziu getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Frédson Vargas hit a great ball. Frédson Vargas scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Elder Gonçalves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elder Gonçalves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frédson Vargas in the 80th minute of play. Elder Gonçalves came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by fuziu's Renatinho Peixoto. But to his dismay, Renatinho Peixoto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Frédson Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Elder Gonçalves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Renatinho Peixoto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. fuziu had played much better football throughout.
