Vito Munhoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Luz having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Sociedade Esportiva Mistu's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Amaral came free, but Nilson Luz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 played minutes Sociedade Esportiva Mistu got a freekick which was hit by Dinei Alves. In the 48th minute of the match Giovani Cabral sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nilson Luz skillfully saved the ball. The Sociedade Esportiva Mistu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Pocotó City were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vito Munhoz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nilson Luz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Munhoz in the 52nd minute of the match. Ulysses de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oséas Félix's late challenge caught a Sociedade Esportiva Mistu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 76th play minute Dário Amaral came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nilson Luz. 0-3. Dário Amaral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nilson Luz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Sociedade Esportiva Mistu's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dário Amaral fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dário Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Nilson Luz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sociedade Esportiva Mistu fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Pocotó City were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
