Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Durvalino de Medeiros got the match started through his kick off. When Durvalino de Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Marionopolis SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Durvalino de Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Ricardinho Vidal scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amauri Matorin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amauri Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino de Medeiros in the 9th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Marionopolis SS's Durvalino de Medeiros ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Amauri Matorin. Amauri Matorin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Jacuizinho's zone, Durvalino de Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amauri Matorin came out of the goal and Durvalino de Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the game, Fiori da Silveira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jacuizinho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marionopolis SS the free kick. After a rather tough play, Jacuizinho's Fiori da Silveira got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Jacuizinho's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Durvalino de Medeiros scored to the left of an out of position Amauri Matorin, making the score, 3-0. Marionopolis SS's Durvalino de Medeiros got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 29th minute Fiori da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hudson Valadares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Durvalino de Medeiros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Jacuizinho got a freekick which was hit by Douglas Velasco. Durvalino de Medeiros who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 48thth minute tested the skills of Amauri Matorin when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fiori da Silveira made a kick off. Amauri Matorin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Durvalino de Medeiros in the 54th minute of play. Jacuizinho's Amauri Matorin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Negri in the 56th minute of play. Amauri Matorin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durvalino de Medeiros's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Luís Guilherme Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Matorin having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Durvalino de Medeiros in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amauri Matorin saved Jacuizinho from getting behind. Ricardinho Vidal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jacuizinho getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Douglas Velasco hit a great ball. Ricardinho Vidal took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amauri Matorin. Amauri Matorin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Durvalino de Medeiros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amauri Matorin having to make a save. Amauri Matorin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardinho Vidal, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Luís Guilherme Vidal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Matorin having to interfere. Hudson Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fiori da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. A collision led to Jacuizinho getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Fiori da Silveira hit a great ball. César Breckenfeld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Hudson Valadares made a huge save. Ricardinho Vidal kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Durvalino de Medeiros's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amauri Matorin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Marionopolis SS's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
