Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 147) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Donato Arce got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Ian Pimenta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizão Sousa. Jaraguá Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ian Pimenta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Luizão Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ian Pimenta in the 6th minute of the match. Buritama's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Júnior Schmidt in the 8th minute. Júnior Schmidt made a great header on Buritama's corner, it was just that Jaraguá Fc's Luizão Sousa managed to reach the ball for a save. Jaraguá Fc's Luizão Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ian Pimenta in the 10th minute of play. Jaraguá Fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Ian Pimenta scored to the left of an out of position Luizão Sousa, making the score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Buritama's zone, Paulão Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernando Romano came out of the goal and Paulão Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luizão Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Pimenta in the 19th minute of play. Ian Pimenta received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luizão Sousa came out and tried to block the shot, but Ian Pimenta slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. Manfredo Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Paulão Berger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 played minutes Buritama got a freekick which was hit by Ian Pimenta. In the 34th minute José Carlos Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Ian Pimenta recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luizão Sousa. Ian Pimenta showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Ian Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luizão Sousa having to interfere. Ian Pimenta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ian Pimenta to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Ian Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizão Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luizão Sousa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Pimenta in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Jaraguá Fc booed when Buritama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Júnior Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the game's 59th minute Jaraguá Fc's Paulão Berger took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Fernando Romano and thus the score was 4-1. 62 minutes into the game, Paulão Berger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jaraguá Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buritama the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Jaraguá Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulão Berger to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Washington Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Carlos Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Jaraguá Fc getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Washington Castro hit a great ball. Gil Leite's late challenge caught a Buritama's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Leite helped the player get up and apologised. After 80 played minutes Jaraguá Fc got a freekick which was hit by Gil Leite. Christian Gomes made in the 87th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Buritama's Manfredo Loureiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Carlos Ferraz in the 93rd minute of play forced Jaraguá Fc's goalkeeper Luizão Sousa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizão Sousa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian Pimenta's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buritama fully deserved thier win.
