Clemente Macedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Pedro Donatello, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. AndorinhaZ's Clemente Macedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Pedro Donatello in the 44th minute of play. The AndorinhaZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tupancireta were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Sydney Vale made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Tupancireta's Luizão Ramos got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, João Pedro Donatello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Clemente Macedo, 0-3. In the 65th minute João Pedro Donatello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tupancireta's Adrianinho Branco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hortêncio Cardoso in the 86th minute of play. Adrianinho Branco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hortêncio Cardoso's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Carioca during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
