Cauan Maia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luiz Peixoto in the 56th minute of the match. Meninos de CG's Cauan Maia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luiz Peixoto in the 62nd minute of play. After 66 played minutes Meninos de CG got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Furtado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Luiz Peixoto in the 70th minute of play forced Meninos de CG's goalkeeper Cauan Maia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th minute of the match Jaime Pernambucano shot from a long distance. After some careless play in the Meninos de CG defense, Pedro Luiz Peixoto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cauan Maia. The Meninos de CG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cauan Maia should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute Pedro Luiz Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Maia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Carlos Alberto Teixeira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Cauan Maia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Imburana's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
