After 3 played minutes Tiozões got a freekick which was hit by Severino Jayvier. In the 4th minute, Eurico Varela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Otavianos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. When Otavianos FC's Oscar Vides in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tiozões's goalie prevented a goal. It was beautiful to see Tiozões's Arí de Amaral in action when he in the 38th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Tiozões were furious when Robinho Loyola was red carded, 41 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Tiozões:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Otavianos FC:s goal. Ulysses Secco shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Eurico Varela in the 48thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Guga Neto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Liu Xi Fan to make the kick off. Severino Jayvier hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Giuseppe dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Otavianos FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
