In the 7thth minute of the game Felipe Xavier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Andradas's Oséas Netto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vito Freires short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Oséas Netto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Felipe Xavier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Oséas Netto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Brito in the 18th minute of play forced EE LEMENSE's goalkeeper Américo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Tarcisio Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedrão Neto, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 26th minute, EE LEMENSE's Felipe Xavier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oséas Netto. Oséas Netto yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Vito Freire came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the EE LEMENSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vito Freire couldn't finish the play. Vito Freire in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oséas Netto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 41st minute Felipe Xavier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oséas Netto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristóvão Damião to strike the kick off in the second half. When Kauã Fontes fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EE LEMENSE's protests and gave Kauã Fontes a yellow card for diving instead. Leonel Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Américo Borges made a huge save. Oséas Netto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Xavier in the 61st minute of the match. Américo Borges made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristóvão Damião in the 63rd minute of play. Felipe Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oséas Netto having to interfere. Felipe Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vito Freire sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Felipe Xavier sped through Real Andradas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oséas Netto. In the 91st minute of the match EE LEMENSE got a corner. Real Andradas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulysses França ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ulysses França made a great header on EE LEMENSE's corner, it was just that Real Andradas's Oséas Netto managed to reach the ball for a save. Hugo Brodel scored 5-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséas Netto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the EE LEMENSE players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
