If Dino Ortiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Ian Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Aníbal Pires managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrema's supporters rose to their feet, but Aníbal Pires was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adhemar Macedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute Felippe Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guilherme Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Supremacia Nerd FC's Cacá Romero got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 37th minute Aníbal Pires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adhemar Macedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Supremacia Nerd FC's Abel Gomes got a free kick in the 38th minute. Guilherme Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felippe Seco in the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The audience was convinced that Aníbal Pires's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adhemar Macedo was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Carlos Coelho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Guilherme Freitas. That made the score 1-1 in the 80 minute of play. Adhemar Macedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aníbal Pires's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Aníbal Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Ian Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Felippe Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
