Estrema's Guilherme Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Marquez in the 20th minute of play. Benjamim Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guilherme Freitas having to interfere. Guilherme Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamim Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antônio Carlos Sousa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Estrema's João Paulo Gaúcho got a free kick in the 40th minute. Aníbal Pires sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benjamim Marquez to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Estrema defense, Benjamim Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guilherme Freitas. The Estrema fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guilherme Freitas should have stopped the shot. 55 minutes into the match, Benjamim Marquez notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Estrema's Guilherme Freitas. Guilherme Freitas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Estrema defense, Antônio Carlos Sousa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Guilherme Freitas. The Estrema fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Guilherme Freitas should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, AIK Scotland Lyonais's Rodrigo Paranaense got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 68 minutes into the match, Estrema's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamim Marquez came free, but Guilherme Freitas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benjamim Marquez, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 72 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Guilherme Freitas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Aníbal Pires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to AIK Scotland Lyonais getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Mateus Ferraz hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Estrema's João Paulo Gaúcho got a free kick in the 88th minute. Guilherme Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamim Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AIK Scotland Lyonais had played much better football throughout.
