Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabrício Peixoto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Marcus Montenegro made a huge save. In the 33rd minute, Luan Aparecido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jardel Fonsecas short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Marcus Montenegro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Fabrício Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 43 minutes in the game, Luan Aparecido fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Marcus Montenegro having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Giovani Secco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guajaratuba and the RUBRONEGRO CRF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Guajaratuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovani Secco to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celsinho Linhares made a kick off. If Fabrício Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cássio Freire's late challenge caught a Guajaratuba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cássio Freire helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Guajaratuba booed when RUBRONEGRO CRF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Freire didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcus Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrício Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Luan Aparecido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcus Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Peixoto in the 64th minute of the match. Marcus Montenegro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Aparecido in the 68th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Guajaratuba's Fabrício Peixoto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcus Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After having played for 77 minutes, Luan Aparecido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guajaratuba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luan Aparecido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 79th minute Fabrício Peixoto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Montenegro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Luan Aparecido had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcus Montenegro. RUBRONEGRO CRF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luan Aparecido was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Luan Aparecido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guajaratuba had played much better football throughout.
