A collision led to Guajaratuba getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jorge Mendonça hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Betão Araújo sped through Guajaratuba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Duda Magalhães. Betão Araújo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Magalhães having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luan Aparecido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Júlio Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giovani Secco hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Duda Magalhães stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Betão Araújo's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After 59 played minutes Guajaratuba got a freekick which was hit by Paulo José Baptista. Pedro Augusto Rodrigues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duda Magalhães having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Júlio Vander got free with Duda Magalhães in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 79th match minute, Micaelos F C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno do Vale to maneuver through the defense. After 81 minutes, Gualter Motta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Micaelos F C and the Guajaratuba players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Maia in the 89th minute of play forced Micaelos F C's goalkeeper Richard Rezende to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Micaelos F C's Betão Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Duda Magalhães narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 91 played minutes Guajaratuba got a freekick which was hit by Mateus Maia. 95 minutes into the match, Luan Aparecido notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Micaelos F C's Richard Rezende. Richard Rezende was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
