Rubens Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Silva in the 19th minute of the match. Rubens Lago didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Noel Fernandes went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 25th minute, Mané Rosa made a precise shot to the right of Rubens Lago. Peppas team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 85th minute of the match Arariuna got a corner. Peppas team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zé Carlos Luz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The Peppas team fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Arariuna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
