If Elder Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Pedro Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrício de Brito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Davi Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The tension between the John Loki Futebol Clube and the Palmas FR players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Palmas FR booed when John Loki Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Nogueira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Palmas FR had won after a very even match.
