In the 12th minute, Edmílson Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélio Passos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Nuguacu's Gláuber Queirós got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edinho Correia in the 21st minute of play forced Nuguacu's goalkeeper Gil Vaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natanael Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Renan Soeiro having to interfere. After 27 minutes, Gernando Cordeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nuguacu and the Alenquer SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Natanael Soares fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nuguacu's protests and gave Natanael Soares a yellow card for diving instead. Natanael Soares took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Renan Soeiro. Renan Soeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Renan Soeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Freitas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alenquer SS's Gino Penha got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nuguacu's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Edinho Correia 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edinho Correia made a kick off. Natanael Soares succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. 70 minutes into the match, Nuguacu's goal looked a bit too open when Gino Penha came free, but Gil Vaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gino Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Natanael Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 82 minutes, Roberto Perez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alenquer SS and the Nuguacu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nuguacu's Gil Vaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gino Penha in the 85th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natanael Soares got free with Renan Soeiro in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 88th minute, Nuguacu's Natanael Soares ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Renan Soeiro. Renan Soeiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. If Natanael Soares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Nuguacu's Natanael Soares shot a high long ball. Alenquer SS's goalkeeper was lucky when the ball hit the right post and out. Gil Vaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edinho Correia in the 96th minute of play.
