The supporters of StoneHorns Soccer Club booed when FC Show was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Guimarães didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lúcio Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Meireles having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Gilvan Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Show's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilvan Perez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. StoneHorns Soccer Club's Rafa Vinhas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilvan Perez in the 23rd minute of play. Fabinho Sousa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lúcio Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronaldo Meireles having to interfere. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind StoneHorns Soccer Club's goalkeeper Rafa Vinhas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafa Vinhas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilvan Perez in the 32nd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Waldir da Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cássio Mineiro's late challenge caught a FC Show's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cássio Mineiro helped the player get up and apologised. Rafa Vinhas made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Gilvan Perez sent off a good shot on target. When Juarês Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Show's protests and gave Juarês Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Show getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Juarês Barbosa hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Waldir da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronaldo Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Juarês Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Fabinho Sousa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafa Vinhas made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Enrique Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match Gilvan Perez climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Rafa Vinhas. Rodrigo Leite charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Leite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gilvan Perez struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Rafa Vinhas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Show. FC Show's Ronaldo Meireles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir da Silva in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, StoneHorns Soccer Club's Lúcio Rosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronaldo Meireles narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95thth minute of the game Waldir da Silva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Show's Ronaldo Meireles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
