Barreto F.C.'s Dedê Melo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agnaldo Pirani in the 4th minute of play. In the 7th match minute, Barreto F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeu Vargas to maneuver through the defense. Anhuma FC's Gonçalo Lopes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Gonçalves in the 9th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Agnaldo Pirani reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dedê Melo. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 21st minute, Alan Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anhuma FC's goalkeeper Gonçalo Lopes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Romeu Vargas hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute of the match, Pedro Paulo Rodrigues got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dedê Melo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 36th match minute, Anhuma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Pedro Chaves to maneuver through the defense. The wind increased when Agnaldo Pirani made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Barreto F.C. booed when Anhuma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldinho Barreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dedê Melo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agnaldo Pirani in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Paulo Rodrigues in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dedê Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Anhuma FC's Agnaldo Pirani got a free kick in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Narciso Corrêa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Anhuma FC's Gonçalo Lopes. Gonçalo Lopes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 83 minutes of play, Anhuma FC's Pedro Paulo Rodrigues made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dedê Melo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Agnaldo Pirani, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 89 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dedê Melo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Agnaldo Pirani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Barreto F.C. getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Percival Tróia hit a great ball.
