The supporters of Laurentino da Gama booed when esgna gado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldo Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Laurentino da Gama's Natanael Ceresso, in the 5th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Laurentino da Gama. The crowd rose to their feet as Laurentino da Gama's Natanael Ceresso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reynaldo Cruz. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Matías Mattos kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute Ronaldo Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dé Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Dé Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Laurentino da Gama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dé Corrêa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 30 minutes of play, Laurentino da Gama's Dé Corrêa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rafinha Mendes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Alcântara, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Rafinha Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diguinho Paraense in the 35th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Cristiano Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes of play, esgna gado's Cristiano Alcântara made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafinha Mendes was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diguinho Paraense during the 48th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diguinho Paraense kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natanael Ceresso to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Laurentino da Gama's goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Paraense came free, but Rafinha Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diguinho Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Alcântara in the 57th minute of play forced Laurentino da Gama's goalkeeper Rafinha Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Mendes having to interfere. Rafinha Mendes didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. After a rather tough play, esgna gado's Diguinho Paraense got a free kick in the 71st minute. If Dé Corrêa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Corrêa in the 82nd minute of play forced esgna gado's goalkeeper Reynaldo Cruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Natanael Ceresso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dé Corrêa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laurentino da Gama's Matías Mattos got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
