Jorginho Félix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jorginho Félix was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Narciso Pena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narciso Pena really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 10th minute Vivaldo Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dedê Tande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dedê Tande showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaltino Correia in the 16th minute of the match. Dedê Tande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Correia in the 20th minute of play. If Isaltino Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Toronto Team's goal looked a bit too open when Isaltino Correia came free, but Dedê Tande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorginho Félix was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Narciso Pena capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narciso Pena really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. VIAMÃO F.C.'s goalkeeper couldn't reach when Narciso Pena 37 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. Narciso Pena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Jorginho Félix made a huge save. With his leg Jorginho Félix managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Toronto Team's Narciso Pena fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 47 minutes into the game, Luís Fabiano Fontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VIAMÃO F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Toronto Team the free kick. A collision led to VIAMÃO F.C. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Luís Fabiano Fontes hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Narciso Pena to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Pitta in the 57th minute of play forced Toronto Team's goalkeeper Dedê Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dedê Tande made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Vivaldo Gaspar sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaltino Correia in the 62nd minute of play forced Toronto Team's goalkeeper Dedê Tande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot by Amadeu Veloso from long distance, 64 minutes into the match, got Dedê Tande's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If José Palmeira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When José Palmeira came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Toronto Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Palmeira couldn't finish the play. José Palmeira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorginho Félix having to interfere. When Narciso Pena came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Toronto Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Pena couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, José Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toronto Team's supporters rose to their feet, but José Palmeira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorginho Félix breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 76 minutes, Luizinho Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Toronto Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luizinho Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Narciso Pena left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toronto Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Pena in the 85th minute of play forced VIAMÃO F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorginho Félix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, Isaltino Correia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. José Palmeira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 94 minutes into the match, VIAMÃO F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Pena came free, but Jorginho Félix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in VIAMÃO F.C.'s zone, Luizinho Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorginho Félix came out of the goal and Luizinho Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
