Gernando Ramalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gernando Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manoel Hames stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walmyr Ceresso's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Boleras FC's Gernando Ramalho got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Boleras FC's Otávio Batista in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Otávio Batista in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas de Carvalho saved Dragão Mecânico from getting behind. After having played for 46 minutes, Gernando Ramalho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boleras FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gernando Ramalho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gernando Ramalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Otávio Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jonas de Carvalho was a little too slow when Gernando Ramalho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-2. In the 94th minute, Jaime Maciel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gil Cordeiro in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manoel Hames saved Boleras FC from getting behind.
