Maicon Ferreira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Gualter Veloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maicon Ferreira was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Guartela EC's Vivaldo Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jardel Mattos in the 14th minute of play. With a little luck, Camisa 33's Maicon Ferreira got control of the ball when Gualter Veloso tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Gualter Veloso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maicon Ferreira was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Zé Paulo Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Gualter Veloso lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Maicon Ferreira. In the 22nd minute, Gualter Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Paulo Brito hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute of the match, Leopoldo Teixeira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maicon Ferreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Gualter Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Maicon Ferreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fausto Sarmento charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fausto Sarmento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Guartela EC booed when Camisa 33 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Sarmento didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guartela EC's Gualter Veloso in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Camisa 33's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gualter Veloso in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maicon Ferreira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 36th minute, Gualter Veloso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cauan Dracena hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ronaldo Albuquerque kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Paulo Brito made a kick off. When Gualter Veloso came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Guartela EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualter Veloso couldn't finish the play. Maicon Ferreira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas da Fonseca in the 56th minute of the match. The supporters of Camisa 33 booed when Guartela EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard, long distance shot from Nicolas da Fonseca flew over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Júlio Ramos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Camisa 33 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Camisa 33's Maicon Ferreira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualter Veloso in the 71st minute of play. Maicon Ferreira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gualter Veloso's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Vivaldo Zanette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Brito in the 79th minute of the match. When Hudson Amaral fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guartela EC's protests and gave Hudson Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. Vivaldo Zanette acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 81st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fausto Sarmento. Vivaldo Zanette showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Ronaldo Albuquerque put in a rough tackle. Nicolas da Fonseca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maicon Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guartela EC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
