Spectators: 7037 (Terracing: 5394, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Serafim Veloso made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Christian Carioca notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gissaras's Flávio Eger. Flávio Eger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Gissaras booed when Abençoados Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cícero Faria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas do Valle was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 11th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Christian Carioca scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Flávio Eger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 17 minutes of play, Abençoados Futebol Clube's Serafim Veloso made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flávio Eger was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Romeu de Souza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Luizão Moura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sidnei Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 29 minutes, Cícero Faria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Abençoados Futebol Clube and the Gissaras players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, Abençoados Futebol Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cícero Faria to maneuver through the defense. Jeferson Fernandez came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Gissaras's Edgar Damião. But to his dismay, Edgar Damião quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cícero Faria in the 34th minute of play forced Gissaras's goalkeeper Flávio Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cícero Faria took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Flávio Eger. Flávio Eger dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Edgar Damião did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-4 to the left of a surprised Jeferson Fernandez 39 minutes into the match. In the 44th minute, Gissaras's Oscar Monteiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-4.

In the 58th minute, Serafim Veloso fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Flávio Eger, passed just outside the right post. Flávio Eger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafim Veloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gissaras's Flávio Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafim Veloso in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Gissaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Afonso Dantas to maneuver through the defense. Jeferson Fernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arlindo Albuquerque's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Gissaras's goal looked a bit too open when Serafim Veloso came free, but Flávio Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgar Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christian Carioca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Flávio Eger made a huge save. Christian Carioca came free with the goalkeeper in the 77th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Flávio Eger could save by the left post. Flávio Eger made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Christian Carioca sent off a good shot on target. Gissaras's Flávio Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Délio Correia in the 81st minute of play. João Adolfo de Sena hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Jeferson Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Barbosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. A hard shot by Fábio Teixeira from long distance, 94 minutes into the match, got Flávio Eger's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Flávio Eger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero Faria in the 97th minute of the match. The Gissaras supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Abençoados Futebol Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Abençoados Futebol Clube.
