After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Baltazar Mineiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Graxaim Esporte Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Baltazar Mineiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luiz Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Abico's Pedro Luiz Veloso got control of the ball when Baltazar Mineiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltazar Mineiro in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Luiz Veloso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 56 played minutes Abico got a freekick which was hit by Geovani Valladares. Váldson Brito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Luiz Veloso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. Pedro Luiz Veloso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baltazar Mineiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Graxaim Esporte Clube's Baltazar Mineiro got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baltazar Mineiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Graxaim Esporte Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
