A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Nelson Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Goiano scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Pitta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldo Simão in the 19th minute of play forced PALMEIRAS's goalkeeper Samuel Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Alan Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Eduardo Alcântara got free with Samuel Pitta in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Moto Boy indo embora xau's Alan Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Miranda in the 27th minute of play. Samuel Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Álvaro Fontes in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Álvaro Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuel Pitta came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Moto Boy indo embora xau's Franklin Goiano. But to his dismay, Franklin Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Artur Miranda managed to get in a good position for a shot. PALMEIRAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Artur Miranda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan Goiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Moto Boy indo embora xau's Álvaro Fontes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Samuel Pitta. That made the score 3-0 after 44 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Artur Miranda to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Moto Boy indo embora xau got a freekick which was hit by Aílton Vides. 60 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS's goal looked a bit too open when Aílton Vides came free, but Samuel Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmo Dias during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Dalmo Dias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Moto Boy indo embora xau getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Sérgio da Mata hit a great ball. Samuel Pitta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franklin Goiano in the 74th minute of play. Samuel Pitta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Eduardo Alcântara in the 75th minute of the match. Alan Goiano made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ezequiel Silva sent off a good shot on target. PALMEIRAS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artur Miranda in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, PALMEIRAS's goal looked a bit too open when Franklin Goiano came free, but Samuel Pitta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Miranda struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Alan Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PALMEIRAS. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artur Miranda in the 93rd minute of play forced Moto Boy indo embora xau's goalkeeper Alan Goiano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonardo Galvão's late challenge caught a Moto Boy indo embora xau's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Galvão helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardo Galvão hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. PALMEIRAS's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
