Mineirinhos Faminto's Caio Brasil managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Elivélton de Almeida in the 18 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico Rosa in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Simões prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Frederico Rosa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Victor Simões when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dragão Carioca FC's Victor Simões proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Dragão Carioca FC from getting a goal against them. In the 28th match minute, Dragão Carioca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Victor Simões stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Rosa's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. With an all-out effort, Mineirinhos Faminto's Victor Simões threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Frederico Rosa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Mineirinhos Faminto's Frederico Rosa got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Frederico Rosa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Victor Simões skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Frederico Rosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Simões having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vágner Bezerra to strike the kick off in the second half. If Frederico Rosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute of the game Elivélton de Almeida made a throw-in which Válter de Salles played forward. When Mineirinhos Faminto's Frederico Rosa in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dragão Carioca FC's goalie prevented a goal. Victor Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Dragão Carioca FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Jonathan Camargo hit a great ball. João Augusto Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Victor Simões stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederico Rosa's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. A collision led to Dragão Carioca FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jonathan Camargo hit a great ball. Dragão Carioca FC's Victor Simões played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Rosa in the 80th minute of play. The throw-in from Elivélton de Almeida in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mineirinhos Faminto's Caio Brasil. Jonathan Camargo's late challenge caught a Mineirinhos Faminto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Camargo helped the player get up and apologised. 85 minutes into the game, one of Dragão Carioca FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee ended the match the Mineirinhos Faminto players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
