In the 19th minute of the match Dedé Figueiredo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gernando Proença skillfully saved the ball. Carlos Secco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero Antunes in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Çağrı Zübeyr managed to get in a good position for a shot. E C JUVENTUDE's supporters rose to their feet, but Çağrı Zübeyr was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gernando Proença breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulysses Sergipano made a kick off. Segundo Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Carlos Secco managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Uno FC's Cícero Antunes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Segundo Romero came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the E C JUVENTUDE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Romero couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd match minute, Uno FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo da Silva to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that E C JUVENTUDE were the better team. E C JUVENTUDE's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
