Spectators: 7593 (Terracing: 5696, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) Golabeira's Marcos Messias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo Chaves in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Senna in the 8th minute of play forced Viver de Bet - FSCMZ's goalkeeper Luís Guilherme de Castro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Messias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Paulo Chaves, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 19th minute of the match, Magno Pereira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luís Guilherme de Castro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Magno Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Luís Guilherme de Castro made a huge save. Golabeira's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Eduardo Leão in the 24th minute. Pedro Paulo Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Marcos Messias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Messias came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Viver de Bet - FSCMZ's Francisco Negri. But to his dismay, Francisco Negri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Francisco Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 47 minutes into the game, Geovani Senna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Luís Guilherme de Castro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Francisco Negri was the one to do the kick off. Geovani Senna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hernani Motta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Geovani Senna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Golabeira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. When Hernani Motta came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Golabeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hernani Motta couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the game, Golabeira's Luiz Eduardo Leão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luís Guilherme de Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Hernani Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute Hernani Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Hernani Motta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Guilherme de Castro was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. In the 79th minute Eliseu Martins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Guilherme de Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani Motta might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luís Guilherme de Castro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernani Motta ran back to his position shaking his head. 84 minutes into the match, Geovani Senna notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Viver de Bet - FSCMZ's Luís Guilherme de Castro. Luís Guilherme de Castro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geovani Senna in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luís Guilherme de Castro saved Viver de Bet - FSCMZ from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Hernani Motta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Magno Pereira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Guilherme de Castro. Viver de Bet - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magno Pereira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Golabeira were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Viver de Bet - FSCMZ for a fine match.
