The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matheus Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Tek in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Arara azul booed when Manguenza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Eduardo Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matheus Passos made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Fernando Coutinho sent off a good shot on target. In the 5th minute Elvis Tek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manguenza's Matheus Passos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Manguenza from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Manguenza getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Otávio Guerra hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Elvis Tek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Passos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matheus Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elvis Tek in the 20th minute of play. Carlos Fernando Costa took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matheus Passos. Matheus Passos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Manguenza's Matheus Passos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvis Tek in the 29th minute of play. Matheus Passos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvis Tek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute, Fernando Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Manguenza's zone, Elvis Tek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matheus Passos came out of the goal and Elvis Tek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Matheus Passos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvis Tek, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvis Tek in the 47th minute of play forced Manguenza's goalkeeper Matheus Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Ian Machado kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 66 played minutes, Arara azul's Manfredo Brodel shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matheus Passos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Arara azul reached it. Carlos Eduardo Fontes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rd minute, Otávio Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvis Tek in the 74th minute of play forced Manguenza's goalkeeper Matheus Passos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77th play minutes Elvis Tek shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Matheus Passos and just under the crossbar into goal. Arara azul's Gerson Moreira was substituted for Fernando Coutinho. João Adolfo Magalhães scored 3-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matheus Passos, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the game, Gerson Moreira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Matheus Passos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 89 played minutes Manguenza got a freekick which was hit by Ian Machado. There was no doubt that Arara azul were the better team. Arara azul's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
