Patrick Sergipano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the game, Eduardo Cabral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Davi da Fonseca hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Eduardo Cabral notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Guanandi's Patrick Sergipano. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ruben Corderro put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Patrick Sergipano. William Maciel charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Maciel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Guanandi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by William Maciel to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Murillo Pernambucano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Sergipano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Rubens Rocha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FIEL ALGUSTA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guanandi the free kick. A collision led to FIEL ALGUSTA getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Rubens Rocha hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Didi Peixoto to make the kick off. If Murillo Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruben Corderro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Murillo Pernambucano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FIEL ALGUSTA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. In the 61st minute, Murillo Pernambucano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Sergipano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. If Murillo Pernambucano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Sergipano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Murillo Pernambucano in the 65th minute. Guanandi's Patrick Sergipano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murillo Pernambucano in the 68th minute of play. A throw-in in the 69th minute of the game was made by Edson Vaz with Valdo Arce as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tiquinho Soares was extremely unlucky when he, in the 75th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murillo Pernambucano in the 81st minute of play forced Guanandi's goalkeeper Patrick Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Murillo Pernambucano struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Patrick Sergipano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FIEL ALGUSTA. In the 92nd minute, FIEL ALGUSTA's Ruben Corderro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Patrick Sergipano. Patrick Sergipano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. When the final whistle sounded FIEL ALGUSTA left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guanandi.
