Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Víktor Vinhas got the match started through his kick off. Iacu's Rodrigo Silva got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Víktor Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Nuporanga SC's Víktor Vinhas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dagoberto Brasil was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Iacu's goalkeeper Dagoberto Brasil, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dagoberto Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Víktor Vinhas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dagoberto Brasil having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Edgar Lago hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Lino Souto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuporanga SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lino Souto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dagoberto Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Víktor Vinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dagoberto Brasil read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th play minute Luan Tasso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised João Rossi. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Víktor Vinhas in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dagoberto Brasil saved Iacu from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luan Tasso got free with João Rossi in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ademar Pontes hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Rodrigo Silva made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Iacu's Rodrigo Silva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Ademar Pontes fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nuporanga SC's protests and gave Ademar Pontes a yellow card for diving instead. Víktor Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lino Souto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute Luan Tasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nuporanga SC defense, Luan Tasso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of João Rossi. The Nuporanga SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that João Rossi should have stopped the shot. A hard shot 75 in the game by Lino Souto from a close distance when the talented Dagoberto Brasil managed to make a qualified save. Iacu's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Víktor Vinhas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nuporanga SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Víktor Vinhas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience was convinced that Rodrigo Silva's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but João Rossi was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After 87 minutes of play, Iacu's Luan Tasso made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. João Rossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rdth minute of the game Víktor Vinhas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Iacu's Dagoberto Brasil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Iacu players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
