Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wanderson Romero kicked off to start the match. Frédson Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Romero in the 13th minute of play. Wanderson Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frédson Cordeiro having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, soldadinho F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Queiroz came free, but Frédson Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 24 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for soldadinho F.C! The referee gave Neverland a penalty, 25 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wanderson Romero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of soldadinho F.C's Frédson Cordeiro. 0-1. After 29 played minutes Neverland got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Vargas. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fiori Berger got free with Cícero Moreira in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Neverland defense, Válter Marinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cícero Moreira. The Neverland fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cícero Moreira should have stopped the shot. If Fiori Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fiori Berger to make the kick off. Cícero Moreira came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by soldadinho F.C's Fiori Berger. But to his dismay, Fiori Berger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Fiori Berger managed to get in a good position for a shot. soldadinho F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Fiori Berger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cícero Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 62nd minute, Fiori Berger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Cássio Prestes threw the ball into play from the sideline. soldadinho F.C's Válter Marinho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. soldadinho F.C's Norberto Coelho managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cássio Prestes in the 71 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Norberto Coelho managed to get in a good position for a shot. soldadinho F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Norberto Coelho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cícero Moreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Frédson Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Vargas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Válter Marinho hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 83rd minute Fiori Berger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cícero Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fiori Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Moreira having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Neverland players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for soldadinho F.C.
