Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Amadeu Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfredo Tinoco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amadeu Furtado came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Goat Murders's Sidney Mandrak. But to his dismay, Sidney Mandrak quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Cabeceirinha were furious when César Barbosa was red carded, 12 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After a rather tough play, Cabeceirinha's César Barbosa got a free kick in the 13th minute. Amadeu Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thiago Lago, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Maurinho Sarmento hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maurinho Sarmento could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Dênis Teixeira made a huge save. Sidney Mandrak hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. When Maurinho Sarmento, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Dênis Teixeira was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Amadeu Furtado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfredo Tinoco in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafu Porto in the 35th minute of play forced Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Amadeu Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Luiz Paulo Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dênis Teixeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurinho Sarmento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dênis Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Sidney Mandrak notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Cabeceirinha's Amadeu Furtado. Amadeu Furtado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cabeceirinha's Amadeu Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Lago in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manfredo Tinoco was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Amadeu Furtado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thiago Lago. Luiz Paulo Mesquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dênis Teixeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Manfredo Tinoco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amadeu Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thiago Lago in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Cabeceirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Cafu Porto came free, but Amadeu Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Maurinho Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Thiago Lago's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amadeu Furtado was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Cabeceirinha's zone, Manfredo Tinoco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amadeu Furtado came out of the goal and Manfredo Tinoco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Fabinho Prestes fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabeceirinha's protests and gave Fabinho Prestes a yellow card for diving instead. Fabinho Prestes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 81 played minutes Cabeceirinha got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Mesquita. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manfredo Tinoco in the 83rd minute of play forced Cabeceirinha's goalkeeper Amadeu Furtado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Maurinho Sarmento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabeceirinha's supporters rose to their feet, but Maurinho Sarmento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dênis Teixeira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Cabeceirinha's Luiz Paulo Mesquita in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Goat Murders's goalie prevented a goal. If Maurinho Sarmento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
