Wiliam de Mendonça could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Kauã Bittencourt made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Brasa Futebol Clube's Ronaldinho do Valle got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Gilvan Maciel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Brasa Futebol Clube's Kauã Bittencourt didn't even have to move. Brasa Futebol Clube's Kauã Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor do Vale in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Vítor do Vale in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kauã Bittencourt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16thth minute of the game João Vítor do Vale who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brasa Futebol Clube's Kauã Bittencourt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wiliam de Mendonça was extremely unlucky when he, in the 17th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Brasa Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Brasa Futebol Clube's Emerson da Fonseca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruy de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emerson da Fonseca in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabiano Monteiro during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Regina Apostolorum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabiano Monteiro to maneuver through the defense. Ruy de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Terra in the 30th minute of play. Kauã Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Vítor do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Willian Vieira in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Regina Apostolorum's Jano Sampaio. In the 42nd minute, Willian Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. João Vítor do Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauã Bittencourt having to interfere. Wiliam de Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that João Vítor do Vale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kauã Bittencourt was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wanderson Terra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Regina Apostolorum's Elder Faria got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Regina Apostolorum's João Vítor do Vale got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam de Mendonça in the 72nd minute of play forced Brasa Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Kauã Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruy de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emerson da Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Wiliam de Mendonça scored 2-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kauã Bittencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Regina Apostolorum fans cheered their team off the field, for while Brasa Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
