Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Suva's Magno Paulista started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an all-out effort, Suva's Amauri Fernandes threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Magno Paulista, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Magno Paulista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Amauri Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ramiro Jacinto charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ramiro Jacinto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Percy de Andrade took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvaldo Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvarez Mediano struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Percy de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Safira C.F. In the 14th match minute, Suva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Suva defense, Alvarez Mediano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Percy de Andrade. The Suva fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Percy de Andrade should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvarez Mediano in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Percy de Andrade prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Percy de Andrade made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edvaldo Netto in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Suva's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Netto came free, but Percy de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edvaldo Netto struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Percy de Andrade didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Safira C.F. When Zhang Xuan Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Real Safira C.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhang Xuan Cheng couldn't finish the play. Magno Paulista kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvaldo Netto in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Suva's zone, Edvaldo Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Percy de Andrade came out of the goal and Edvaldo Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Alvarez Mediano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Safira C.F's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvarez Mediano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Percy de Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Nicolas Cabral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amauri Fernandes having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Edvaldo Netto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Percy de Andrade was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Edvaldo Netto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edvaldo Netto really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 65th minute Nicolas Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amauri Fernandes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Suva were awarded a corner in the 66th minute after Real Safira C.F's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Patrick Melo took the corner. The corner led Suva's Patrick Melo to fire away a dangerous shot which Amauri Fernandes despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Suva's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Netto came free, but Percy de Andrade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Percy de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alvarez Mediano, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 70 minutes into the match, Real Safira C.F's Edvaldo Netto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Percy de Andrade narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 72nd match minute, Suva was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dadá Porto to maneuver through the defense. Edvaldo Netto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexsandro Vale's late challenge caught a Real Safira C.F's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alexsandro Vale helped the player get up and apologised. Edvaldo Netto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvaldo Netto in the 88th minute of play forced Suva's goalkeeper Percy de Andrade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Cabral hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Nicolas Cabral stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Real Safira C.F's defenders and the ball went out. Suva appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. Alvarez Mediano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Percy de Andrade having to make a save. In the 94thth minute of the game Edvaldo Netto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Suva's Percy de Andrade was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match was over Real Safira C.F could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Suva throughout the match.
