Marcel Baiano started the match with the kick off. Kléber Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Mendonça in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Viana in the 9th minute of play forced Guarulhas's goalkeeper Bret Harper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Paruje SC's Frederico Viana got a free kick in the 10th minute. Paruje SC's Kléber Trevisan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Paruje SC from getting a goal against them. Marcel Baiano came free with the goalkeeper in the 22nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kléber Trevisan could save by the left post. A collision led to Guarulhas getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Marcel Baiano hit a great ball. Marcel Baiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Kléber Trevisan made a huge save. Kléber Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fábio Mendonça in the 30th minute of the match. The supporters of Guarulhas booed when Paruje SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateus do Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Paruje SC's Kléber Trevisan got control of the ball when Marcel Baiano tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tiaguinho Reis got free with Kléber Trevisan in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Paruje SC's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Fábio Mendonça came free, but Kléber Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 39th minute, Marcel Baiano reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Kléber Trevisan. The goal made the score 2-0. Paruje SC's Kléber Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Reis in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Paruje SC's goalkeeper Kléber Trevisan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel Baiano. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Giovani Sanches made a kick off. Kléber Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiaguinho Reis in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Marcel Baiano notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Paruje SC's Kléber Trevisan. Kléber Trevisan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kléber Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hudson Queirós in the 58th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiaguinho Reis in the 60th minute of play forced Paruje SC's goalkeeper Kléber Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes, Giovani Sanches mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paruje SC and the Guarulhas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st minute, Giovani Sanches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kléber Trevisan came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Guarulhas's Zé Paulo Neto. But to his dismay, Zé Paulo Neto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Guarulhas's Marcel Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kléber Trevisan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiaguinho Reis, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Luiz Fábio Mendonça took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kléber Trevisan. Kléber Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. 83 minutes into the game, Guarulhas's Luiz Fábio Mendonça nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kléber Trevisan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. A collision led to Guarulhas getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Marcel Baiano hit a great ball. Marcel Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With a little luck, Guarulhas's Bret Harper got control of the ball when Giovani Sanches tried to sneak it across the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Guarulhas had played much better football throughout.
