Valdo Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Ceresso in the 52nd minute of the match. The Martelão FC fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Martelão FC's Dorival Fontes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Dorival Fontes put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Valdo Perez. Jorginho Saldanha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Valdo Perez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jorginho Saldanha in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Valdo Perez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 80 played minutes Dragões Azuis FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Mandrak. A nice corner shot did that Wanderson Mazza got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Valdo Perez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
