Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Martelão FC's Dorival Fontes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorginho Saldanha in the 2nd minute of play forced Estrela Azul FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 3rd match minute, Estrela Azul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evandro Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Dorival Fontes succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 4th playminute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jorginho Saldanha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martelão FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorginho Saldanha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Loyola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Basílio Vaz was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 13 minutes into the match. The referee gave Martelão FC a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wanderson Mazza, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Estrela Azul FC's Nicolas Loyola. 2-0. Arlindo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cauan Antunes in the 18th minute of play. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Cauan Antunes sped through Martelão FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arlindo Santos. In the 28th minute Natanael Fontes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arlindo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Paulo Sousa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arlindo Santos. Martelão FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nicolas Loyola made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ezequiel Ceresso sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Loyola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorginho Saldanha in the 43rd minute.

The wind increased when Cauan Antunes made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Martelão FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Saldanha. Jorginho Saldanha hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Cauan Antunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Estrela Azul FC's Nicolas Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorival Fontes in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Cauan Antunes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dorival Fontes in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Loyola saved Estrela Azul FC from getting behind. 64 minutes into the game, Natanael Fontes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrela Azul FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Martelão FC the free kick. A collision led to Estrela Azul FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Natanael Fontes hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Estrela Azul FC's Evandro Sá got a free kick in the 66th minute. After 69 minutes of play, Martelão FC's Dorival Fontes made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Loyola was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nicolas Loyola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorginho Saldanha in the 76th minute of the match. Nicolas Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Ceresso in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Dorival Fontes made a precise shot to the right of Nicolas Loyola. Estrela Azul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Luís Goiano made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Dorival Fontes. Nicolas Loyola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorginho Saldanha in the 88th minute of play.
