Luiz Fabiano Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Campidelis in the 24th minute of the match. Vladimir Campidelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Luiz Fabiano Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes, Nacional Atlético Clube's Cauan Baptista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Godoi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nacional Atlético Clube reached it. With a little luck, Nacional Atlético Clube's Lúcio Furtado got control of the ball when Samuel Rocha tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Raúl Perez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vladimir Campidelis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fabiano Godoi having to interfere. After 57 minutes, Dito de Lima mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the REAL IMPERIAL EC and the Nacional Atlético Clube players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to REAL IMPERIAL EC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Dito de Lima hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raúl Perez in the 63rd minute of play forced REAL IMPERIAL EC's goalkeeper Luiz Fabiano Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Britto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Rocha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucas Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Umberto Pena's late challenge caught a Nacional Atlético Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Umberto Pena helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, REAL IMPERIAL EC's Umberto Pena got a free kick in the 90th minute. After 94 minutes of play, REAL IMPERIAL EC's Leopoldo Britto made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lúcio Furtado was left in no man's land by his defense there! The REAL IMPERIAL EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nacional Atlético Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Nacional Atlético Clube.
