Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilson de Mendonça kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Cafeína FC's Frederico Cardoso seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Frederico Cardoso the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cafeína FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Frederico Cardoso had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 4th minute, one of Cafeína FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cafeína FC. Aigyptos Fourakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raí das Neves having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Raphael Rodrigues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cafeína FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Raphael Rodrigues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22nd minute, Cafeína FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Gilson de Mendonça fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 26 minutes Cafeína FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aigyptos Fourakis who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Armando Braga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Raí das Neves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Raí das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delfim Vander in the 27th minute of the match. Nazaro's Gilson de Mendonça was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 30th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Robinho Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raphael Rodrigues, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Nazaro's Delfim Vander ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raí das Neves. Raí das Neves yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 40 minutes, Lúcio da Silva mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cafeína FC and the Nazaro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Cafeína FC got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio da Silva. Gilson de Mendonça recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Paulo José Fontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cafeína FC's Raí das Neves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Cafeína FC from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raphael Rodrigues was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Nazaro got a freekick which was hit by Gilson de Mendonça. Raphael Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Robinho Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Cafeína FC booed when Nazaro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo José Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Raphael Rodrigues recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raí das Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilson de Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. Aigyptos Fourakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Rodrigues could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Robinho Rodrigues made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Delfim Vander left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nazaro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. With a little luck, Nazaro's Robinho Rodrigues got control of the ball when Raphael Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raí das Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aigyptos Fourakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Lúcio da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raí das Neves stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilson de Mendonça's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilson de Mendonça in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raí das Neves saved Cafeína FC from getting behind. Delfim Vander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nazaro's Gilson de Mendonça got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nazaro walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
