When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Vítor Velasco took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Gilberto Ribeiro to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Porao getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Washington Donatello hit a great ball. Washington Donatello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Claudinho Domingues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Real Madrid's Claudinho Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Donatello in the 42nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Porao's Narciso Vergílio got a free kick in the 45th minute. Gabi Gol missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 47 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Gilberto Ribeiro right hand side.

The throw-in from Luiz Gustavo Perez in the 55th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Porao's Narciso Vergílio. Real Madrid's Claudinho Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Donatello in the 58th minute of play. With an all-out effort, Porao's Claudinho Domingues threw himself towards the right post 62 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jonas Donatello, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Porao's Lenílson Aguiar got a free kick in the 65th minute. Washington Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Vítor Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristiano da Fonseca fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 83rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
