Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Doni Linhares made the kick off which started today's match. Delfim Urbano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Penha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th match minute, Lider S FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adelino Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Lider S FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Almeida came free, but Delfim Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Beto Penha in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delfim Urbano saved Lider S FC from getting behind. In the 18thth minute of the game Beto Penha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lider S FC's Delfim Urbano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Guerreiros Legendarios getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Alessandro Recife hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Guerreiros Legendarios's Marcus Almeida got a free kick in the 20th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Lider S FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Almeida came free, but Delfim Urbano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute Beto Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Urbano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delfim Urbano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Almeida in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Beto Penha made a kick off. A collision led to Lider S FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sílvio Rosado hit a great ball. Beto Penha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Delfim Urbano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, Lider S FC's Delfim Urbano got control of the ball when Beto Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 65 played minutes Guerreiros Legendarios got a freekick which was hit by Rubens de Godoi. Doni Linhares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mazinho Carvalho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beto Penha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mazinho Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The audience was convinced that Sílvio Rosado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mazinho Carvalho was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sílvio Rosado sped through Guerreiros Legendarios's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mazinho Carvalho.
