Ahmet Rıfat Erdem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Recife in the 8th minute of play. Pedro Luís Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute of the match, Tiago Gabriel Esteves got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Luís Godoi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Abolição FC's Adelino Batista got a free kick in the 16th minute. Pedro Luís Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 23rd minute of the match. Donato Donato kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ademar Carvalho got free with Pedro Luís Godoi in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelinho Lopes in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, SF Aripuanã's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiago Gabriel Esteves. Tiago Gabriel Esteves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Pedro Luís Godoi made a huge save. 30 minutes into the match, SF Aripuanã's goalkeeper Pedro Luís Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Queiroz. In the 33rdth minute of the game Marcelinho Lopes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abolição FC's Ahmet Rıfat Erdem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Abolição FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelinho Lopes came free, but Ahmet Rıfat Erdem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Ronaldão da Fonseca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abolição FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SF Aripuanã the free kick. After a rather tough play, Abolição FC's Ronaldão da Fonseca got a free kick in the 36th minute. Deivid Mendes hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelinho Lopes in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Rıfat Erdem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46thth minute of the game Adelino Batista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SF Aripuanã's Pedro Luís Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 47 played minutes SF Aripuanã got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Furlan. In the 48th minute Adelino Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Luís Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half SF Aripuanã were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, Abolição FC's Luizão Furlan got a free kick in the 52nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Abolição FC's zone, Rômulo Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem came out of the goal and Rômulo Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marco Ospin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Adelino Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Abolição FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adelino Batista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Luís Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiago Gabriel Esteves took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Luís Godoi. Pedro Luís Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After a rather tough play, Abolição FC's Ademar Carvalho got a free kick in the 64th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelinho Lopes in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Rıfat Erdem prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of SF Aripuanã booed when Abolição FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronaldão da Fonseca didn't get a good kick on the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Marco Ospin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Rıfat Erdem. Abolição FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Ospin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 76th minute, Ricardinho Recife fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Pedro Luís Godoi came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Abolição FC's Adelino Batista. But to his dismay, Adelino Batista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Tiago Gabriel Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Pedro Luís Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Luís Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Batista in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Gilmar Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abolição FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SF Aripuanã the free kick. After 85 played minutes Abolição FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Coutinho. When the final whistle sounded SF Aripuanã left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Abolição FC.
