The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Pinheiro got free with David de Alcântara in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cubatão FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Murupu EC to leave the ground with a draw.
