Spectators: 7591 (Terracing: 5694, Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 151) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gil Azevedo got the match started through his kick off. After 3 minutes, Ioan Andronache mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aratuipe and the Brasília FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 4th minute, Enéas Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Brasília FC's goal looked a bit too open when Witalis Zyskowski came free, but Rui Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brasília FC's Rui Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remo Dantas in the 9th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Remo Dantas in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rui Barbosa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Remo Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rui Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remo Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Aratuipe's Válter Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas Almeida in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Brasília FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Diniz came free, but Rui Barbosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Barbosa was a little too slow when Ioan Andronache got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. José Maria Cavalcante hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute Ioan Andronache shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remo Dantas was the one to do the kick off. When Paşa Boll came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Aratuipe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paşa Boll couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ioan Andronache in the 53rd minute of play forced Brasília FC's goalkeeper Rui Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54th minute Remo Dantas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rui Barbosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ioan Andronache, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Paşa Boll ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. With a little luck, Aratuipe's Válter Cunha got control of the ball when Enéas Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Durval Pirani during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Aratuipe's Durval Pirani got a free kick in the 64th minute. 72 minutes into the game, Remo Dantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Rui Barbosa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Remo Dantas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rui Barbosa. Brasília FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Remo Dantas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 80th minute, Ioan Andronache ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rui Barbosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paşa Boll in the 84th minute of play forced Brasília FC's goalkeeper Rui Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rui Barbosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ioan Andronache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rui Barbosa came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Aratuipe's Remo Dantas. But to his dismay, Remo Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Aratuipe had played much better football throughout.
