If Cleiton Nunes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 7 minutes into the match, Simon Vukčević had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arlindo Travassos. Canoeiros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Simon Vukčević was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Canoeiros's zone, Cauan Correia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arlindo Travassos came out of the goal and Cauan Correia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Schmidt in the 15th minute of play forced R10MAGICO's goalkeeper Bruno Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Vukčević in the 16th minute of play forced Canoeiros's goalkeeper Arlindo Travassos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Schmidt in the 17th minute of the match. When Sidney Loyola came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Canoeiros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sidney Loyola couldn't finish the play. After having played for 23 minutes, Simon Vukčević managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. R10MAGICO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Vukčević was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cleiton Nunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Canoeiros's Sidney Loyola got a free kick in the 27th minute. Arlindo Travassos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Recife in the 35th minute of play. When Ionel Chiuzbaian came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the R10MAGICO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ionel Chiuzbaian couldn't finish the play. Arlindo Travassos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Ceresso's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. With a little luck, R10MAGICO's Bruno Montenegro got control of the ball when Cleiton Nunes tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Canoeiros's zone, Ionel Chiuzbaian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arlindo Travassos came out of the goal and Ionel Chiuzbaian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half R10MAGICO were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcos Schmidt was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Vukčević got free with Arlindo Travassos in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Anderson Arósio fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canoeiros's protests and gave Anderson Arósio a yellow card for diving instead. Anderson Arósio hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 59 played minutes Canoeiros got a freekick which was hit by Anderson Arósio. Marcos Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ionel Chiuzbaian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Arlindo Travassos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cleiton Nunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Montenegro having to interfere. The supporters of R10MAGICO booed when Canoeiros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Dráusio Guerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ionel Chiuzbaian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of R10MAGICO booed when Canoeiros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Domingues didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Ionel Chiuzbaian notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Canoeiros's Arlindo Travassos. Arlindo Travassos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice moves Ionel Chiuzbaian could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Arlindo Travassos however easily saved by the left post. R10MAGICO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
