The Frecheira EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that José Maria Breckenfeld should have stopped the shot. In the 16th minute Betão Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eusébio Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Samuca Tepedino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Psiu! fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Sena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the game, Psiu!'s Betão Amaral nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. José Maria Breckenfeld made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuca Tepedino in the 28th minute of play forced Frecheira EC's goalkeeper José Maria Breckenfeld to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Psiu!'s Betão Amaral got a free kick in the 29th minute. Samuca Tepedino scored 0-5 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Maria Breckenfeld, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Frecheira EC's José Maria Breckenfeld played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Wiberg in the 37th minute of play. Psiu!'s Nestor Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sena in the 38th minute of play. José Maria Breckenfeld showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Betão Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Psiu!'s Nestor Iratxo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Sena in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bruno Sena to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Frecheira EC's goal looked a bit too open when Samuca Tepedino came free, but José Maria Breckenfeld reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fritz Wiberg hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Betão Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Breckenfeld saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria Breckenfeld made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Samuca Tepedino sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, José Maria Breckenfeld successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 63rd minute, Samuca Tepedino made a precise shot to the right of José Maria Breckenfeld. Frecheira EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. 66 minutes into the game, Betão Amaral recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of José Maria Breckenfeld. Betão Amaral showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. In the 70th minute, Betão Amaral ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. José Maria Breckenfeld was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. The crowd rose to their feet as Samuca Tepedino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving José Maria Breckenfeld. That made the score 0-10 in the 74 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Betão Amaral took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for José Maria Breckenfeld to make any attempt to save it. 92 minutes into the match, Betão Amaral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Breckenfeld. Frecheira EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Betão Amaral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. Frecheira EC's José Maria Breckenfeld proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Frecheira EC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded Psiu! left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Frecheira EC.
