Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ciro Cabral made the kick off which started today's match. The audience was convinced that Ciro Cabral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bebeto Pires was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. 7 minutes into the game, Ciro Cabral lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Bebeto Pires. Bebeto Pires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Cabral, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 13thth minute of the game Ciro Cabral who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Riachinho's Bebeto Pires was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Paulo José Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Riachinho's Bebeto Pires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Riachinho from getting a goal against them. João Vítor Arce took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bebeto Pires. Riachinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ciro Cabral blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bebeto Pires having to make a save. Ciro Cabral took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bebeto Pires. Bebeto Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to Riachinho getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Paulo José Aparecido hit a great ball. Flavio Rocchi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Martin Efren fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Riachinho's protests and gave Martin Efren a yellow card for diving instead. After 29 played minutes Riachinho got a freekick which was hit by Martin Efren. Bebeto Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Cabral in the 36th minute of play. If Leo Martens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Riachinho defense, Leo Martens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bebeto Pires. The Riachinho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bebeto Pires should have stopped the shot. Natanael Mesquita charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natanael Mesquita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Natanael Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jairo Cardoso made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Cabral in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bebeto Pires prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 56th minute, Cleiton Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Riachinho's Paulo José Aparecido tried to score from far away in the 56th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Ciro Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardinho Soeiro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bebeto Pires. Riachinho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bebeto Pires made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Cabral in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Cabral in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bebeto Pires saved Riachinho from getting behind. When Tormenta's Ciro Cabral in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Riachinho's goalie prevented a goal. When Natanael Mesquita was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 70 minutes had been played. A collision led to Riachinho getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Natanael Mesquita hit a great ball. Tormenta's Borys Bentkowski was substituted for Leo Martens. In the 72nd match minute, Riachinho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. After 73 minutes of play, Tormenta's Borys Bentkowski made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bebeto Pires was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Cabral in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bebeto Pires saved Riachinho from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Cardoso during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Borys Bentkowski took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bebeto Pires. Bebeto Pires dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Riachinho's Paulo José Aparecido got a free kick in the 85th minute. Ciro Cabral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Pires didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Borys Bentkowski went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. In the 94th minute Borys Bentkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bebeto Pires saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bebeto Pires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciro Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Tormenta players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
