Robin Courtois came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Jabota's Norberto Braga. But to his dismay, Norberto Braga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Robin Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caetano Koehler, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 7th minute, Norberto Braga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Jabota's Rafinha Cavalcante got control of the ball when Enrique Quadros tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Mogi Masters's goal looked a bit too open when Caetano Koehler came free, but Robin Courtois reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Norberto Braga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jabota fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After having played for 24 minutes, Carmelo Guilabertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mogi Masters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Guilabertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Mogi Masters getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Diogo Teixeira hit a great ball. In the 29th minute of the match Ademar Alves sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Robin Courtois skillfully saved the ball. Robin Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Braga in the 37th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Braga in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robin Courtois prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafinha Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Quadros in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Braga in the 45th minute of play forced Mogi Masters's goalkeeper Robin Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 46 minutes, Gilbert Alvarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mogi Masters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilbert Alvarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caetano Koehler made a kick off. In the 60th minute, Gilbert Alvarez made a precise shot to the right of Rafinha Cavalcante. Jabota's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After 64 played minutes Mogi Masters got a freekick which was hit by Diogo Teixeira. Robin Courtois made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norberto Braga in the 69th minute. Norberto Braga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Robin Courtois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norberto Braga got free with Robin Courtois in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes into the match, Jabota's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Quadros came free, but Rafinha Cavalcante reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88thth minute of the game Enrique Quadros who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jabota's Rafinha Cavalcante was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 91st minute, Norberto Braga made a precise shot to the right of Robin Courtois. Mogi Masters's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Wágner de Sousa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Robin Courtois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Jabota left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mogi Masters.
