Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Erasmo Macedo kicked off to start the match. Erasmo Macedo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Dark Side FC's Falcão Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otávio de Senna in the 7th minute of play. When Wiliam Vinhas fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlético Fluminense's protests and gave Wiliam Vinhas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th minute, Wiliam Vinhas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Atlético Fluminense's Sílvio Luís Toscano got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a rather tough play, Dark Side FC's Natã Abraão got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Maurício Almeida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Erasmo Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Fluminense's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Macedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Falcão Zanette breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 26thth minute of the game Erasmo Macedo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dark Side FC's Falcão Zanette was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Macedo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Falcão Zanette saved Dark Side FC from getting behind. In the 40th minute, Maurício Almeida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 42nd match minute, Atlético Fluminense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiliam Vinhas to maneuver through the defense. João Pedro Macedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurício Almeida to make the kick off. Geovanni de Lara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natã Abraão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovanni de Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurício Almeida's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Léo Sousa hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Maurício Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurício Almeida in the 68th minute of play forced Atlético Fluminense's goalkeeper Geovanni de Lara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erasmo Macedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Falcão Zanette when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Geovanni de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurício Almeida in the 77th minute of play. Ruy Saraiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovanni de Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Dagoberto Prestes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dark Side FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dagoberto Prestes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni de Lara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maurício Almeida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Geovanni de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Dark Side FC booed when Atlético Fluminense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Vinhas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
