An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Quadros in the 17th minute of play forced Númenor FC's goalkeeper Daniel Guerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Guerra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Robin Courtois stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Toledo's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Mogi Masters's Edvaldo Gaúcho suffered a sprained foot after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Númenor FC's Filipe Arósio got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualter Bittencourt to strike the kick off in the second half. Robin Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualter Bittencourt, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Robin Courtois was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gualter Bittencourt showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 76 minute of play. In the 79th minute, Guga Almeida left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Númenor FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mogi Masters's goalkeeper Robin Courtois, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Enrique Quadros during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Númenor FC booed when Mogi Masters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Quadros didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Enrique Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mogi Masters fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Quadros couldn't finish the play. Gualter Bittencourt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gualter Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gualter Bittencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Courtois having to interfere. When the match was over Númenor FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mogi Masters throughout the match.
